We are excited to bring you our retreats for 2024! Our events are open events meaning you are free to bring any pattern that Quiltworx.com has designed to work on while attending your retreat.
TOTAL SPACES: 11
STANDARD RESERVATION TOTAL COST: $2,350
PRIVATE ROOM RESERVATION TOTAL COST (ONLY 1 AVAILABLE): $2,850
OFF-SITE RESERVATION TOTAL COST (UP TO 2 AVAILABLE): $1,750
*The off-site reservation option requires that book your own lodging*
This retreat will be held at the Quiltworx Training Center, which is located at 100 Lincoln Lane, Kalispell MT. The Quiltworx Training Center is a full-time retreat center, so you will be required to pay a 8% bed tax. This tax will be paid at the end of your stay during checkout.
There are no meals provided on the day of check-in.
Our April #1 Retreat will include:
Check-in: 5/19/2024 at 3:00 p.m.
Teaching: 5/20/2024-5/24/2024
Check-out: 5/25/2024 at 9:00 a.m.
3 meals served Monday through Friday which includes continental breakfast, and lunch and dinner catered by Tamarack Brewing Company, in Lakeside, MT.
For this retreat, the Quiltworx Training Center Retreat schedule will be as follows:
Judy will be at the training center the night of check in for a couple hours to greet everyone and help you get set up.
The second night you will have a trunk show.
The retreat will include five days of teaching. You will receive 6 hours of instruction on the teaching days.
Every Retreater will receive 1 Month of Quiltster (provided when you get to the Retreat). You will also receive a $25.00 Shopping Credit. And finally, new this year, we will be offering free shipping for anyone that wants to ship their products home (50% off International Shipping)! Judel will also be on-hand throughout the week to help you design custom colorways of your favorite Quiltworx Designs, so be sure to think about what you might like kitted before you come!
One afternoon during the week of teaching days will be a shopping day where you can travel to the local quilt shops in the area.
An initial deposit of $400 is due upon signup for this retreat and is NON-REFUNDABLE. A second NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $400, is due 6 months prior to the start date of your retreat. Final Payment is due 90 days before the start date of your retreat. Before placing your reservation, please review the updated Cancellation Policy.
