Quiltworx Retreats Cancellation Policy:

Before booking with Quiltworx Retreats, please read our cancellation policy carefully! 

Your $400 deposit is due at signup to secure your registration and is non-refundable. 

A second $400, non-refundable deposit, is due 6 months prior to the start date for your event.

The final payment, which must cover your remaining balance, is due  90 days in advance of the event you are attending.

Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to the retreat forfeit all deposits. Any cancellations made within 90 days of the retreat will forfeit all paid fees, unless other arrangements are personally made with Quiltworx Retreat staff.

We understand that sometimes illness and tragedy occur last minute and may make it impossible for you to attend our retreat.  We understand that there are circumstances beyond your control, but it also leaves us with a spot that we are unable to fill. You may transfer your reservation to another person if you are unable to attend. If you are able to fill your spot, half of your total amount paid will be refunded.
