The creative force behind Quiltworx, Judy Niemeyer has spent decades transforming foundation paper piecing into an art form loved by quilters around the world. At Quiltworx University, she brings her expertise, warmth, and infectious enthusiasm directly to you — teaching alongside the team, sharing her techniques, and making sure every single student leaves inspired.

Michele Everts

Fort Laramie, WY

Michele is a Certified Quiltworx Instructor based in Fort Laramie, Wyoming, who began quilting when her son was born and has since completed over 60 Quiltworx quilts. Known for her positive, upbeat energy in the classroom, Michele is devoted to giving each student personal attention and making sure everyone feels at ease — and celebrated — throughout the process.

Toni Oyler

Colleyville, TX

Award-winning quilter, founder of The Unfiltered Quilters, and owner of more than 100 completed Quiltworx projects, Toni brings a wealth of technique and contagious enthusiasm to every class she teaches. Where laughter and learning go hand in hand, you’ll find Toni.

May Black

Rolla, MO

May has been sharing her love of Judy Niemeyer’s techniques with students in guilds and quilt shops for years. Her warm teaching style and deep appreciation for color and creativity make her a wonderful guide for quilters at any stage of their journey.

Pink Door Fabrics is a beloved Colorado-based shop founded in 2011 from a deep love of bright, modern, beautifully curated fabrics. The Pink Door team has a true eye for color and a gift for pairing fabrics — and yes, they’re devoted Tula Pink fans, carrying her full range of collections and solids. They’re known for custom kits that take the guesswork out of choosing fabrics, and their popular Block of the Month program keeps quilters inspired all year. At Quiltworx University Tucson, Judel Niemeyer will work directly with Pink Door to help you select fabrics and build a custom kit that’s uniquely yours. They’ll also have any last‑minute notions you may need on site.

The Ranch
