You are invited to join us for another exciting Quiltworx University in Quitman, TX. You will enjoy working with Judy, Judel, and some of the most knowledgeable Certified Instructors and Stitchin’ Heaven Staff.
This event will be loads of fun with Judy Niemeyer and Judel Niemeyer throughout the week! We are excited to have you all back and experience this unique event with lots to offer.
Judy Niemeyer will redesign the classic Mariner’s Compass Pattern and put a mixer twist on this beautiful original!
Please Note: Pictured is the Mariner’s Compass original design. There will be an exclusive re-designed version for this event!
Kits for the re-designed Mariner’s Compass will be available at a later date and can be purchased through Quiltster.

New Workshop Location: As promised, during our Quiltworx University Event in March 2022, we will be on-site at Stitchin’ Heaven in our newly built Event Center!
New BIGGER Store: Our on-site Stitchin’ Heaven Quilt Store has been remodeled, and we have extended our store by twice the size! More room for FABRIC! FABRIC! and more FABRIC! Our retail store will stay open late, so you have plenty of time to shop during the event.
Exclusive Stitchin’ Heaven Quiltworx University Product: Each student will receive a free Stitchin’ Heaven product available only to Quiltworx attendees! A Stitchin’ Heaven one of-a-kind special!!
New Food and Chef: We’ve hired an amazing Executive Chef, Tyler Brown; the owner of Fusion in the Woods Catering, comes with rave reviews! Tyler started catering for Stitchin’ Heaven shortly after our Quiltworx University 2022. Want to check out Tyler’s rustic charm and refined cuisine catering? Accommodations:
Stay at our Stitchin’ Heaven Retreat Center, cottages, or the hotel (with single-room options.) Accommodations are first come, first serve. Save on price and stay at the Best Western Hotel. Single rooms will not be available at the Retreat Center or the cottages, only at the hotel. You will share with three other students if you are placed in a cottage.
New Closer Hotel Location: Closer hotel with less driving time! The city of Mineola has lots of downtown shopping and delicious dining options!
