Heart of the Woods quilt guild in ELY Minnesota will be hosting Quiltworx CI Donna Viau during the last week in August 2023 to teach this Poinsettia table topper class. A video tutorial will be sent out ahead of time to help with prep work for this project. You will learn how to prepare your pattern and fabric prior to class – so we can spend the entire day piecing our table topper.
Poinsettia is loaded with floating points, leaf veins, gentle curves and S curves. You will learn about using template layout sheets, transition registration points and so much more. There are so many techniques packed into this 30″ table topper! If you don’t want to put it on your holiday table – use some fun summer colors for a fun beach theme. Not sure you want to use it as a table topper? It also makes a great mini tree skirt for a 3′ holiday tree!
