There are beds for 11 students on site, multiple off-site and plenty of sewing space with great lighting and design walls! This retreat includes lodging, Thanksgiving dinner Friday & dinner Saturday, lunch Saturday, breakfast Saturday and Sunday and all the time you need to OPEN SEW!

Cost is $400 per person. $200 non-refundable deposit due to sign up. The remaining balance due August 1, 2026. Full payment can be made at any time. Sign up any time up until retreat. Queen suite upgrades available for additional fee. Helpful hint: save these payment and retreat dates now, so you don’t miss out!
No refunds. No transferals within 20 days of event.
NOTE: There is no official teaching at this event.
Towels and linens provided. Keurig with coffee pot and selections of coffee available, if you have a favorite, you may want to bring it. Bedroom one is 4 twin beds with adjoining bathroom, bedroom 2 is 5 twin beds with adjoining bathroom included in the base price and there are two queen suite upgrades. If one or both are greyed out in the dropdown, they are already reserved by someone else. If they are not greyed out, please add them to your cart with the rest of your order to reserve the space.
Queen/single suite payments do not count towards per person retreat costs.
