The Carnival Flower TOM quilt brings together a wide range of Judy Niemeyer’s Foundation Paper Piecing Techniques, including cutting, stacking, chain piecing, curved piecing, strip piecing, smart corners, the use of Transition and Registration Point (TRP) Lines, and curved paper piecing. Completing this series with Cynthy leaves students with the ability to move on to many other Quiltworx patterns.
