Susan enjoys needle arts, quilting and boating. She is an award winning quilter, having won third place at Paducah and first place at MQX New England for “Vintage Rose.” Susan’s designs have been published in several magazines. Sue is also an Island Batik Ambassador. She enjoys teaching and encouraging her students to have the confidence to make beautiful quilts that they can be proud of. She also likes to work with quilt shops and guilds to make her classes and workshops a success. Susan likes to learn new techniques that expand her quilting knowledge. You will often find her traveling to classes and retreats, and meeting new people.
