Cindy loves being a part of the Quiltworx team of Certified Instructors and sharing her passion for all things quilting and Qultworx!!
Cindy was born and raised in Minnesota, where she was introduced to sewing at a very young age. She remembers taking a basic sewing class for summer school, back when summer school was for fun. That was a long time ago & she hasn’t stopped sewing since! Cindy had a successful custom children’s clothing business in Minnesota and Georgia, then she found quilting. She feels quilting is her true calling and is VERY passionate about it.
She enjoys all aspects of the quilting process – picking a new pattern, designing a new quilt in Quiltster, selecting just the right fabrics, piecing, assembly and finally the longarm quilting. She really enjoys making Quiltworx designs because the end result is so detailed and intricate, but the process to get that end product isn’t nearly as hard or intimidating as it looks. To date she has completed over 70 Quiltworx designs with several others in various stages.
Cindy loves to teach locally in Utah, the surrounding states & she loves to travel to teach. She’s taught in Utah, Wyoming, Arizona, Florida & Texas and is always willing to travel else where.
