Learn the new Quiltworx Technique of the Month pattern Queen of Arcadia OR pick any pattern and stay, April 5-9, 2027 , in the Barn for this 5 day retreat! There are 2 bunk rooms with a combined 7 twin beds and two suites on site, multiple off-site and plenty of sewing space with great lighting and design walls!
You do not have to paper piece! You do not even have to quilt! Scrapbooking, jewelry, diamond painting, or just get away, socialize and let me cook {most meals} for you!
This retreat includes lodging, Dinner Monday, Breakfast and Dinner Tuesday-Thursday, and Breakfast Friday. Lunch is on your own. Teaching hours for this retreat are Monday-Wednesday 9am-5pm with a break for lunch. Open sew the rest of the week.

Meals will be family or buffet style, Dinner Monday, check in anytime after 9am, through Breakfast Friday, checkout by 3 pm.

Cost is $900 per person onsite; not including any upgrades. $300 non-refundable deposit due to sign up with the remaining balance due February 1, 2027. Full payment can be made at any time. Sign up any time up until approximately 1 month prior to retreat. No refunds. No transferals within 30 days of event. Helpful Hint: Save these dates in your calendar (payment and retreat dates) so you don’t miss them!
Towels and linens provided. Keurig with coffee pot and selections of coffee available, if you have a favorite, you may want to bring it. Bedroom one is 3 twin beds with adjoining bathroom, bedroom 2 is 4 twin beds with adjoining bathroom included in the base price and there are two suite upgrades – queen on the living space floor and 2 twins on the classroom floor. If one or both are greyed out in the dropdown, they are already reserved by someone else. If they are not greyed out, please add them to your cart with the rest of your order to reserve the space.
Suite upgrade payment does not count towards your cost per person.
