For our 68″ quilts, we now have one new (and one updated) 242D Border that expand them to a generous 99″ square. If you’re starting with an 80″ quilt, our brand‑new 277H Border will take you straight to 118″. And for those queen‑size beauties—96″, 99″, or 100″—we’ve added two new 284K Borders designed to bring them up to the same luxurious 118″ size.

More options, more flexibility, more room to show off your piecing magic. It’s all about giving you the freedom to make your quilt exactly the size you want, with a little extra flair along the way!

Use this table to find the right Expansion Borders for your project. Start by locating your quilt’s Original Size, then look across to the size you’d like to expand to and note the Border Package numbers. Next, visit the pattern’s webpage on the Quiltworx site and click the Buy Now button in the top right.
