The Quiltworx Box Program was started in 2024 and was created with our customer’s desires in mind! We polled those interested, and received amazing feedback, which helped us create a program that meets the needs of quilters at any skill level! If you are a beginner or experienced foundation paper piecer, there are projects for you here! We hope you will find the Quiltworx Box Club to be transparent, flexible in both products offered and payment, informative, fun, inspiring, and full of great products, promotions, and information to help you begin making heirloom quilts that you can truly be proud of!

Our Box Program is a one-year commitment. If you joined us last year, you’ll need to sign up again this year.

We have two exciting options for you to choose from!

• Large Box: 4 quarterly deliveries of the Cosmic Fireworks quilt (Feb, May, Aug, Nov). Four different colorways available!
• Small Box: 4 different charming small projects delivered quarterly (Mar, Jun, Sep, Dec). Four different colorways available for each project!

COSMIC FIREWORKS

The Large Box quilt sizes are 68″ (Q1, Q2, Q3), and either 99″ or 118″ (Q4). You can purchase a Large Box Full Kit and Pattern Subscription, a Large Box Pattern Only Subscription, and optional additional Fabric Bundles and Backing with new ADD-ONs!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

KIT PRE-CUTTING OPTIONS

A pre-cutting option is available for $25.00 a kit and can be added on to your purchase (paid in full at the time of the order). 

If you would like your Quiltworx Box Fabric cut into strips and labeled up to the point where we will start the workshop with Judy, please select Pre-Cut Fabric. This does NOT include cutting out your papers or placing templates on the fabric and cutting around those. It only includes strip cutting and labeling. If you do not select Pre-Cut Fabric as an option, your Quiltworx Box will come with full yardage and a sheet of labels for the fabrics, along with a kitting sheet to match up your fabrics to the places they will be used in the quilt. You will need to perform the extra strip cutting steps and labeling yourself.

PAYMENT PLANS

• Pay in Full: Pay in full upfront, or Opt for a 25% deposit, with the balance paid on the 1st of each delivery month.
• Partial Payments: If choosing partial payment, place each item in a separate order to avoid being billed for the full year upfront. Note: that when doing a partial payment on the Large Box projects, order each quarter individually making sure you purchase the same colorway for each quarter.
• Full Payment: Feel free to put all your items in one order.
