DESCRIPTION:Join me at CPQ Studio for an evening of fun\, friendship and uninterrupted quilting! Any type of quilt or project can be worked on including QUILTWORX.  Bring a QUILTWORX project you are starting or a project that you want to get back to and need assistance getting started again! CPQ will provide cutting and pressing areas and equipment. All you need to do is bring your project and machine!! The cost of this event is $20.00. A $5.00 registration fee is collected upon registration and the balance of $15.00 will be collected the day you attend. Please register by adding this to your cart. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS EVENT. If class is full you can add your name to the wait-list and I will contact you if a seat opens up!

SUMMARY:Quilts with a Heart Retreat
DESCRIPTION:Details about the Judy Niemyer Quilt Weekend: \nHave a Judy Niemyer project started and need a bit of help getting re-started?  Come spend the weekend with us and let Certified Instructor\, Michele Everts\, assit you in completing your top!! \nMichele has come to us twice a year\, (once in the spring and once in the fall). since 2021 to help us get those Niemyer projects complete.  She is an excellent instructor and she help can get you back on track and your project headed toward completion.  She is very knowlegable and willing to help you with any project. \nBring your own Neimyer project and let us know in the checkout which pattern you will be working on so that Michele will have all her ducks in a row when you arrive! \n  \n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis year’s fall Neimyer retreat will again be held at the Quilt With A Heart retreat center in Priddy\, Texas\, which\, is located in between somewhere and nowhere in the center of Texas! We are centrally located in this great big state and are approximately 2 hours from anywhere significant in any direction you go\, i.e.\, 2 hours to Austin\, Ft.Worth\, Waco\, San Angelo\, Abilene\, Fredericksburg\, you get the picture! \nThe cost of the retreat is $450.00. This fee covers the cost of the three night stay\, the instructor fee and meals.  Bring your own snacks and favorite drinks\, coffee and tea will be provided. If you would like to come a day early to get set up\, you can come on Wednesday afternoon for an additional $40.00 fee. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nYou will be on your own for the Wednesday evening meal (if you choose to come early) and Thursday lunch. \nWe will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday the 29th and will conclude the weekend at 11:00 am on Sunday\, November 2nd.

This is a placeholder and informational spot on my website for you! \nContact Melody Maskus rivervalleyquilter@icloud.com 719-740-0515 TO SIGN UP \nCalling All Campers! \nHold on to your hats everyone….there is exciting news to share!! \n  \nI am thrilled to announce a joint venture between fellow Quiltworx Certified Instructor Ana Blickenderfer and myself! Ana\, from icansewthat.com located in Charles City\, Iowa\, will be joining me for an unbelievable week in November at the Wine Country Inn\, located in Palisade\, CO. Ana is an amazing Certified Instructor and also a Certified Shop owner with retreat center attached to her shop. Ana will be coming to Colorado…and bringing her shop with her!! \n  \nI am over the moon excited for this adventure\, and I want to invite everyone to join in the fun. \n  \nThis is something new for the Great Escape Quilt Camp\, but something I think will be exceptional experience. Please…read through the following information to help you learn about how I run my retreats. You’ll find out how the retreats operate\, what to bring\, what to expect\, what is provided\, etc. And if you have any questions or concerns\, just send me an email and I’ll get you as much information as I can. \n  \nSomething new for the November retreats will be the need for sewing machine rentals for those who will be flying in for this event. I am working with a shop out of Cortez\, CO and details are still being worked out as far as machine rental cost. These details should be finalized within the next few days\, but I just couldn’t wait any longer to get this basic information out. \n  \nImportant note:  \nI work closely with the staff at Wine Country Inn and act as liaison to the Inn for everyone. This arrangement has worked extremely well over the years\, and I am very proud to conduct these retreats in this manner. There is no need for you to call the Inn to make your room reservations…that is a service that I provide for you. You are responsible for the lodging charges\, but I take care of making all the arrangements per your request. If you do call the Inn for information about the retreat\, they will refer you back to me as I am the Hostess. Please direct all your questions to me and I will take care of all the details. That is the very best way for you to know that your requests are handled to the best of our ability\, and for me to stay on top of everything to ensure you can attend and be fully taken care of and sew to your hearts content.
