DESCRIPTION:Join me at CPQ Studio for an evening of fun\, friendship and uninterrupted quilting! Any type of quilt or project can be worked on including QUILTWORX.  Bring a QUILTWORX project you are starting or a project that you want to get back to and need assistance getting started again! CPQ will provide cutting and pressing areas and equipment. All you need to do is bring your project and machine!! The cost of this event is $20.00. DESCRIPTION:8-part course over 9 months \nCarnival Flower is a Technique of the Month foundation paper-piecing pattern. Over the monthly sessions students will be guided through the processes and steps used within the 10 groups to complete their own Quiltworx masterpiece. Through completing one group at a time\, beginning with the border\, students will become familiar with the basic techniques before undertaking the visually more complex sections. The basic construction technique used in each section\, is a very structured repetitive process\, producing stunning results upon final construction. Included in Carnival Flower are some advanced techniques. These are made achievable for even a confident beginner with the pattern design\, detailed written and visual instructions and support from a Quiltworx Certified Instructor.

DESCRIPTION:Quiltworx has rented the Snowline Acre’s building\, which is a beautiful relocated and updated event center with giant cross beams\, beautiful windows on every side\, and room for everyone to spread out and quilt with mountain views in beautiful NW Montana. \nOur October Recertification retreat will include: \nCheck-in at Snowline: 9/15/2026 at 9:00 am\nCheck-out from Snowline: 9/18/2026 at 2:00 pm \nAll teaching will take place at Snowline Acres\, NOT at the Training Center. \nFor this retreat\, lunch will be provided each day.  You will be responsible for providing the rest of your own meals during the time you are here. Any special meal requests must be noted in your reservation or emailed to retreats@quiltworx.com. \nThe Snowline Acres building will be available from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. every day for those who want to sew late into the evening\, or early before class. Class will begin the morning of September 15th and class will end by 2pm on September 18th. \n \nThere are a variety of lodging options to choose from for your signup.  Please study these carefully and read the descriptions below: \nDOUBLE OCCUPANCY:   This lodging option is perfect for you and your friend\, or for you and your friend that you will make at this event!  Lodging will be at the Best Western Flathead Lake Inn and Suites\, located approximately 4-1/2 miles from Snowline Acres\, and only 1 miles from the Quiltworx Warehouse.  You will need your own transportation to go back and forth.  Complimentary breakfast is available at the hotel.  Double Occupancy includes hotel rooms from September 15th to 18th. The rooms at the training center include twin beds and shared bathrooms for two people in each room. Additional nights are available prior to the event at a cost of $150 per night and can be booked using the reservation system. No additional nights are available after the event at this location unless the attendee is staying for Quiltworx University. If you are attending both events\, please contact retreats@quiltworx.com. Price (without additions):  $1\,400 \nOFF-SITE: This lodging option is available for students traveling locally\, or those who would like to make their own lodging arrangements.  Are you traveling in an RV\, with a spouse? Montana Basecamp is located less than a mile from Snowline Acres!  Please understand that it is your responsibility\, if you book an off-site reservation\, to secure your own lodging.  You will still receive the full meal plan regardless of your lodging plans.  Also\, please understand\, we have only allowed for 10 off-site spaces during this event.  We must give our lodging partners a guarantee of a certain number of rooms to secure the bookings at the pricing levels we have been quoted. Price: $1\,000. \nMontana Basecamp \nLAKEVIEW RETREATS:  We are so very excited to share that Quiltworx Retreats\, which is the house that was used for Retreats\, overlooking Flathead Lake until 2016 will be available for lodging during this event!  There will be 9 spaces available in this 4 bedroom\, 3 bathroom home located approximately 6 miles from Snowline Acres.  With never-ending views\, a great floor layout\, a full kitchen and living area\, it will be a great place to not only sleep between your sew days\, but relax and enjoy the view!  Room occupancy is Double occupancy in 3 of the rooms\, and one large room will have space for up to 3 students!  Additional nights are available prior to the event at a cost of $150 per night and can be booked using the reservation system. Price: $1\,400 \nLakeview Retreats \nON-SITE SNOWLINE ACRES GUEST HOUSE:  There is a wonderfully renovated home on the snowline acres property that we have rented for a few of our guests who would like to stay on property and walk back and forth to the event center across the lawn.  This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home has 2 rooms with single occupancy and one room with double occupancy for a total of 4 guests.  You will not need a car if you stay at this location\, but will need to have groceries for breakfast or to eat at the small coffee and breakfast kiosk that is on the property\, just outside your doorstep!  There are a number of delivery services\, like Instacart or doordash to help you with your breakfast and food delivery needs. No additional night stays are allowed before or after the event at this location. Price:  $1\,285 – $1\,550 \nSnowline Acres \nAn initial deposit of $400 is due upon signup for this retreat and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
