DESCRIPTION:This retreat is only for shop-owners and teachers. \nIn 2026 Patchwork Promotions University for Europe will organize an extra retreat to make a Queen size Technique of the Month quilt.\nYou can choose for one of the next quilt: Jungle Magnolia\, Carnival Flower\, Coral Reef\, Dinner Plate Dahlia.\nThis is the perfect opportunity to get certified and teach classes for these beautiful quilts. The same rules apply for certification as are normally the case for certification in Europe.\nIf you have already made all these quilts\, you can also choose: Wild Goose Island or Fields of Aster. For these two quilts it is not possible to obtain certification. \nBecause it is no longer possible to use the original fabrics for most cover quilts\, you are free to choose the material and color. So you can choose from the fabrics you already have in stock. You can use Quiltster to make a coloway for yourself. You can ask Marianne if you need help by making a colorway.\nThere will also be an option to order a kit.

DESCRIPTION:This is the second day of a two-day class making the Poinsettia table topper/wall hanging.  Students will learn the Quiltworx techniques to foundation paper piece (FPP).  The class will review the instruction book\, cut out Unit and Template papers\, cut fabric strips and trim around templates to create pieces that will fit together to form units.  Units will be sew together using the S-curve technique.

SUMMARY:Quiltworx Technique at Fiddlesticks
DESCRIPTION:Students will choose between Jungle Magnolia\, Carnival Flower\, Coral Reef\, or Dinner Plate Dalia.  At that time the size will also be selected.  All four come in wall 80 x 80 or queen 99 x 99.  The wall can be enlarged to a king 118 x 118. Then the class will meet monthly on the third Sunday of the month\, beginning in February for six month. If there is room in the class students can arrange to work on a different quilt for a period of time determined by the instructor.

This tax will be paid at the end of your stay during checkout. \nThere are no meals provided on the day of check-in. \nOur April #1 Retreat will include: \nCheck-in: 2/22/2026 at 3:00 p.m.\nTeaching: 2/23/2026-2/27/2026\nCheck-out: 2/28/2026 at 9:00 a.m. \n3 meals served Monday through Friday which includes continental breakfast\, and lunch and dinner catered by Tamarack Brewing Company\, in Lakeside\, MT. \nFor this retreat\, the Quiltworx  Training Center Retreat schedule will be as follows: \nJudy will be at the training center the night of check in for a couple hours to greet everyone and help you get set up. \nThe second night you will have a trunk show. \nThe retreat will include five days of teaching.  You will receive 6 hours of instruction on the teaching days. \nEvery Retreater will receive 1 Month of Quiltster (provided when you get to the Retreat).  You will also receive a $25.00 Shopping Credit.  And finally\, we will be offering free shipping for anyone that wants to ship their products home (50% off International Shipping)!  Judel will also be on-hand throughout the week to help you design custom colorways of your favorite Quiltworx Designs\, so be sure to think about what you might like kitted before you come! \nOne afternoon during the week of teaching days will be a shopping day where you can travel to the local quilt shops in the area. \nAn initial deposit of $400 is due upon signup for this retreat and is NON-REFUNDABLE.  A second NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $400\, is due 6 months prior to the start date of your retreat.
