DESCRIPTION:September 15-19\, 2025 \nAZ House of Creative Retreats \nCamp begins at 9:30 am on Monday and ends at 4 pm on Friday. This camp is 5 days of fun and time to work on whatever project you wish. Sewing each day is from 9:30 am to 5 pm unless you are staying at the house\, then the sewing room never closes. The fee includes class time & lunch\, lodging is available for an additional fee. \nEach person has a 5′ table with electrical available. There are large cutting mats for use for all\, but bring a small one if you want one at your table. There are 2 ironing stations with Best Press available. Due to allergies we request that no scented products be used during camp including essential oils\, perfumes\, etc. \nLunch is Sandwich Bar\, Salad Bar & Baked Potato Bar. If you have special dietary needs\, please plan to bring alternatives as we are not able to accommodate any restrictions. Bring your favorite quilting beverage. \nWe understand that there are times that life events can interfere with our quilting plans. If a cancellation request is received in writing 45 days in advance a full refund will be given in the same payment form as received or transfer to a future camp whenever possible. If between 45-30 days then only a refund of 50% will be given as a refund or transfer. Less than 30 days there is no refunds or transfers.

DESCRIPTION:This may be your last chance to have a certified class for this tropical quilt!  The pattern is no longer in print – and was retired from the Technique of the Month line up in 2022. \nIf you already have this pattern and need to know how to color it and figure out yardage because you didn’t buy the kit\, then this class will surely help you with that!  We will also learn how to use Templates\, TRP lines and Smart corners\, along with piecing gentle curves\, floating points and applique!  You can have either a wall size or queen size kit or just the pattern\, and get all the instruction you need to take this one out of the closet and “get ‘r done!” \nWe aer making this class “convenient” for those who work during the week – and still want their weekends free.  Wednesday evenings are when we will get together via Zoom (and we also have 2 in Studio seats) to learn all the techniques needed to finish this project.  From 6pm – 10pm (EST) join Donna and at least 7 return students who have already signed up for this one! \nYou will receive video tutorials to help you with preparing your papers and fabric for each booklet prior to class.  You will also receive links to tutorials that will show you how to piece each unit that we worked on during class – when each class is over.  Donna will support you right to the last stitch of your project.  She is always available and very happy to help! \nSo take advantage of this “Last Chance Class” while there are still some seats available – and finally make that BEAUTIFUL TROPICAL quilt that you have been hanging on to for the last 9 years!
