DESCRIPTION:Quilt Camp 2025:  Join Quiltworx.com for a Northwest Montana Themed Quilting Retreat!  These 9 night\, events\, include lodging and food (on days when teaching is happening)\, 5 days of class\, and 3 days to Explore Northwest Montana on your terms!  Popular demand has requested retreats that allow our Quilters not only time to quilt with Judy\, but time to explore one of the most sought after summer vacation spots in the US\, Northwest Montana!  There are endless ways to enjoy the Flathead Valley in the summer. \nTake a local shopping trip (or two!) to any of our resort towns\, including Whitefish\, Bigfork\, Kalispell\, or Columbia Falls.  Organize a drive through Glacier National Park on the famous Going to the Sun Highway.  Drive around Flathead Lake and visit Cherry Orchards\, take in the views\, and enjoy lunch and dinner at one of the many outdoor patios on the shores of the lake.  Take a chairlift ride up Whitefish Mountain.  Hike or Bike in Montana’s Backcountry.  Book a Far West Cruise on Flathead Lake.  Try out a Rafting Trip\, fishing charters\, float a local river\, take a kayak or paddle board into Somers Bay… the options are endless!  We have many local outdoor music events\, arts and craft shows\, wonderful farmers Markets\, and quilt shops from one end of the Valley to the other!  With playhouses in Bigfork and Whitefish\, there’s always amazing local performances happening throughout the summer months as well! \nCheck in on a Monday evening beginning at 3 p.m. (dinner on your own)\, sew with Judy through Thursday evening (3 meals served Tuesday through Thursday which includes continental breakfast\, and lunch and dinner catered by Tamarack Brewing Company\, in Lakeside\, MT)\, use Friday\, Saturday and Sunday for whatever you like\, then finish up class on Monday and Tuesday (3 meals will be served on these days)\, with Checkout on Wednesday of the following week by 9 a.m.!  Choose any quilt you would like to work on from the Quiltworx line of products and bring them at any stage. DESCRIPTION:Join Tracy for a 6 class series for the 2025 Technique of the Month “Jungle Magnolia”! In addition\, there is an optional (free) preparation class to cut your papers and fabric on February 25th. Class starts early April and then occurs approximately once a month to give you plenty of time to sew in-between (see dates below). \nClassroom opens at 8 AM. DESCRIPTION:Try it TUESDAY!  Free up your weekend and join us for Witchesbrew – a long and wide bed runner – but you will find that when all the paper piecing is done\, you can assemble it into a small quilt if you like! The pattern comes with extra papers\, so along with the bed runner\, you can also make a couple decorative pillows or table runner too! \nIn class you will learn how to use template layout sheets\, smart corners and TRP lines. You will learn to piece floating points and gentle curves.  We had fun coloring the “storybook pastures” pattern in Quiltster (because Witchesbrew is so old – it’s not available in Quiltster) – and came up with a fun Halloween theme for the season! \nIf you have a Storybook Pastures pattern you can also join this class!
