DESCRIPTION:Quilt Camp 2025:  Join Quiltworx.com for a Northwest Montana Themed Quilting Retreat!  These 9 night\, events\, include lodging and food (on days when teaching is happening)\, 5 days of class\, and 3 days to Explore Northwest Montana on your terms!  Popular demand has requested retreats that allow our Quilters not only time to quilt with Judy\, but time to explore one of the most sought after summer vacation spots in the US\, Northwest Montana!  There are endless ways to enjoy the Flathead Valley in the summer. \nTake a local shopping trip (or two!) to any of our resort towns\, including Whitefish\, Bigfork\, Kalispell\, or Columbia Falls.  Organize a drive through Glacier National Park on the famous Going to the Sun Highway.  Drive around Flathead Lake and visit Cherry Orchards\, take in the views\, and enjoy lunch and dinner at one of the many outdoor patios on the shores of the lake.  Take a chairlift ride up Whitefish Mountain.  Hike or Bike in Montana’s Backcountry.  Book a Far West Cruise on Flathead Lake.  Try out a Rafting Trip\, fishing charters\, float a local river\, take a kayak or paddle board into Somers Bay… the options are endless!  We have many local outdoor music events\, arts and craft shows\, wonderful farmers Markets\, and quilt shops from one end of the Valley to the other!  With playhouses in Bigfork and Whitefish\, there’s always amazing local performances happening throughout the summer months as well! \nCheck in on a Monday evening beginning at 3 p.m. (dinner on your own)\, sew with Judy through Thursday evening (3 meals served Tuesday through Thursday which includes continental breakfast\, and lunch and dinner catered by Tamarack Brewing Company\, in Lakeside\, MT)\, use Friday\, Saturday and Sunday for whatever you like\, then finish up class on Monday and Tuesday (3 meals will be served on these days)\, with Checkout on Wednesday of the following week by 9 a.m.!  Choose any quilt you would like to work on from the Quiltworx line of products and bring them at any stage. DESCRIPTION:Jungle Magnolia is the newest Technique quilt from Quiltworx. Each of these quilts are designed to give a student help with a variety of skill Judy had built into the quilt pattern. Students will work with foundation piecing (paper piecing)\, cutting stacking\, curved piecing\, strip piecing\, smart corners\, applique\, transition and registration points\, and curved paper piecing. At Just For Fun Quilting we meet once a month for six months.
