DESCRIPTION:We are excited to bring you our retreats for 2024!  Our events are open events meaning you are free to bring any pattern that Quiltworx.com has designed to work on while attending your retreat. \nTOTAL SPACES:  11 \nSTANDARD RESERVATION TOTAL COST: $2\,350\nPRIVATE ROOM RESERVATION TOTAL COST (ONLY 1 AVAILABLE): $2\,850\nOFF-SITE RESERVATION TOTAL COST (UP TO 2 AVAILABLE): $1\,750 \n*The off-site reservation option requires that book your own lodging* \nThis retreat will be held at the Quiltworx Training Center\, which is located at 100 Lincoln Lane\, Kalispell MT.  The Quiltworx Training Center is a full-time retreat center\, so you will be required to pay a 8% bed tax. SUMMARY:A Quilters Corner Moonglow Cactus #2
DESCRIPTION:Moonglow Cactus is a pattern that is part of the Congo Star Mixer series by Quiltworx.  The pattern is broken into 6 groups.  Some of the techniques that we will use include flying geese\, star points and curved piecing.  This is a five-session class. In the first class\, we review the pattern\, cut pattern papers\, review fabric requirements and cutting fabrics. If we have time\, we will begin sewing on Group A and Group C.  The successive classes will be paper piecing the units.  The last class will be catch and assembly. You may not finish the quit in class but will learn the skills needed to finish it at home.  Please bring all your fabric and supplies to class.
