DESCRIPTION:he next meeting is Tuesday September 3\, 2024 at 10:00 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints\, 218 Serenada Drive\, Georgetown\, TX. \nThe September meeting is Being Kind to Your Body While Quilting by guild member Terre Walker. \nIn this program\, Terre will discuss various strategies to lessen your body stress so that you can piece and quilt longer. She will propose a variety of approaches from simple routine changes to the use of tools and products that can make your creative time more enjoyable. Included in the Powerpoint presentation will be a worksheet handout to reimagine your quilting space arrangement and setup. \nTerre took up quilting in 1992 and began teaching by the year 2000. She made her first Judy Niemeyer quilt in 2007 and became a Quiltworx Certified Instructor in 2016.
