DESCRIPTION:We are excited to bring you our retreats for 2024!  Our events are open events meaning you are free to bring any pattern that Quiltworx.com has designed to work on while attending your retreat. \nTOTAL SPACES:  11 \nSTANDARD RESERVATION TOTAL COST: $2\,350\nPRIVATE ROOM RESERVATION TOTAL COST (ONLY 1 AVAILABLE): $2\,850\nOFF-SITE RESERVATION TOTAL COST (UP TO 2 AVAILABLE): $1\,750 \n*The off-site reservation option requires that book your own lodging* \nThis retreat will be held at the Quiltworx Training Center\, which is located at 100 Lincoln Lane\, Kalispell MT.  The Quiltworx Training Center is a full-time retreat center\, so you will be required to pay a 8% bed tax. This tax will be paid at the end of your stay during checkout. \nThere are no meals provided on the day of check-in. \nOur July #1 Retreat will include: \nCheck-in: 7/7/2024 at 3:00 p.m.\nTeaching: 7/8/2024-7/12/2024\nCheck-out: 7/13/2024 at 9:00 a.m. \n3 meals served Monday through Friday which includes continental breakfast\, and lunch and dinner catered by Tamarack Brewing Company\, in Lakeside\, MT. \nFor this retreat\, the Quiltworx  Training Center Retreat schedule will be as follows: \nJudy will be at the training center the night of check in for a couple hours to greet everyone and help you get set up. \nThe second night you will have a trunk show. \nThe retreat will include five days of teaching.  You will receive 6 hours of instruction on the teaching days. \nEvery Retreater will receive 1 Month of Quiltster (provided when you get to the Retreat).  You will also receive a $25.00 Shopping Credit.  And finally\, new this year\, we will be offering free shipping for anyone that wants to ship their products home (50% off International Shipping)!  Judel will also be on-hand throughout the week to help you design custom colorways of your favorite Quiltworx Designs\, so be sure to think about what you might like kitted before you come! \nOne afternoon during the week of teaching days will be a shopping day where you can travel to the local quilt shops in the area. \nPAYMENT INFORMATION: \nAn initial deposit of $400 is due upon signup for this retreat and is NON-REFUNDABLE.  A second NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $400\, is due 6 months prior to the start date of your retreat. There are 11 twin beds and two queen suites on site\, multiple off-site and plenty of sewing space with great lighting and design walls! \nThis retreat includes lodging\, Dinner Monday\, Breakfast and Dinner Tuesday-Thursday\, and Breakfast Friday. Lunch is on your own. There is no official teaching at this event. \nMeals will be family or buffet style\, Dinner Monday\, check in anytime after 9am\, through Breakfast Friday\, checkout by 4 pm. \nOpen sewing all hours of the day and night! \nCost is $700 per person onsite. $150 non-refundable deposit due to sign up. $150 non-refundable payment due by March 1\, 2024 with the remaining balance due May 1\, 2024.
