DESCRIPTION:The newly released (October\, 2023) Steampunk Fairytale shown in Tim Holtz fabrics is now a class at Quilter’s Emporium in Stafford\, Texas scheduled for four (4) class sessions on January 17\, 24\, 31 and February 7\, 2024 (from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day).  Steampunk Fairytale is a combination of groups from the Arctic Star Mixer Series.  If you are a Quiltster Subscriber\, you can design your own Arctic Star Mixer pattern for this class.  Join Certified Instructor\, Jan Mathews\, for four class sessions full of fun\, tips\, sewing on this great pattern.  With time to sew between each class session\, the ability to get to some (if not all) final assembly should be doable. DESCRIPTION:We all know how busy our weekends can be\, so why not quilt on a Wednesday evening?!  Come into the studio or join via Zoom – we will have a seat waiting for you either way! \nWild Goose Island is a 99″ x 99″ beauty that can be subtle and sweet or colored crazy and wild – it’s up to your own imagination!  Certified Instructor Donna Viau was inspired to color her quilt sample like a day she spent on Nantasket Beach with her grandkids.  It was a “neutral” overcast Atlantic ocean kind of day with lots of sand shenanigans\, seagulls and bright beach towels.  Then the winter holidays got her thinking of a traditional red & green theme – so she colored another one for you! If you like either of her sample quilts colorways\, she will send you the yardage requirements so you can kit up your own\, (or hire a certified shop to kit it for you). \nDonna will provide tutorial video links on how to prepare your pattern and fabric prior to the first class.
