DESCRIPTION:Work on any project you want during this Open Sewing Weekend! \nThere are beds for 13 students on site\, multiple off-site and plenty of sewing space with great lighting and design walls! This retreat includes lodging\, dinner Friday and Saturday\, breakfast Saturday and Sunday and all the time you need to OPEN SEW! \n10% off in the shop while you’re here. \nCheck in Friday\, January 19 at 9 am Checkout Sunday\, January 21 by 4 pm. For this retreat\, additional days/nights can be added for $60 per night\, per person – no food is included with extra nights. Extra nights will be paid for at retreat. \nOpen sewing all hours of the day and night! \nCost is $300 per person. $100 non-refundable deposit due to sign up. DESCRIPTION:The technique quilts are works of art that were designed to teach a variety of skill used in making many Quiltworx patterns. There have been 7 technique quilts designed. They are released every two years on January 1. The first three have now been discontinued or updated and released as general patterns. In this class you may choose to do any one of the four available technique quilts: Dinner Plate Dahlias\,  Vintage Rose\, Coral Reef or the newest one Carnival Flower. The class runs for 6 month but I encourage the students to meet with me ahead of class to select the pattern and color it using Quiltster.
