DESCRIPTION:Come to the Heart of the Woods guild meeting in Ely Minnesota (open to the public)\, to see Donna Viau present “What Floats Your Boat” – a look at what we use to inspire our quilting passions\, and how to make it come true using Quiltworx patterns! \nAfter a 30 minute presentation\, there will be a mini trunk show with 20 beautifully created Quiltworx quilts and then a demonstration on the foundation paper piecing process.  You will have the opportunity to sign up at the last minute for a make and take “Geese in Flight” placemat\, or one of the other classes that will be taught by Donna during the next few days: “Maple Leaf Flurries”\, “Stepping Stones”\, “Poinsettia” table topper or “Watermelon Placemats”. \nIts all happening in Ely Minnesota\, the “gateway to the boundary waters” during the last week in August 2023 – Thursday 8/24 – Saturday 8/26
