SUMMARY:Sparkle Session 2
DESCRIPTION:Beautiful lone star quilts don’t have to require “Y” seams – especially when you paper piece them. Sparkle finishes at 68″x 68″ and makes a great lap size quilt or even a gorgeous wall hanging. We will be using specific Quiltworx compatible strip sets by Timeless Treasures – each set contains 48 unique fabrics cut into 2-1/2″ strips. The fabrics are presorted into 6 groups of 8 fabrics\, and each of the groups are further sorted from lightest to darkest fabrics making it easy to design the ombre’ effect in these quilts. \nThis is a Kit class requiring the purchase of the Sparkle Quilt Kit. Participants will have a choice between the Huckleberry or Eva’s Rainbow colorway. There are limited seats in this class and kits as well. This means first come\, first served on kit choice. It’s best to register early and get first dibs on kits. \nThis class will be held in 3 sessions and will also include a private prep video link for preparing your pattern only for class. Everything else to prepare your kit will be done during session 1. \nClass Dates: \nFriday\, April 4\, 2025         5:30 pm to 8:30 pm\nFriday\, May 16\, 2025        5:30 pm to 8:30 pm\nFriday\, June 6\, 2025         5:30 pm to 8:30 pm \nThis class is scheduled out to allow you time in begin to work on your units so that by June 6 we can begin putting it all together. If you are not done\, you can join an optional Just Judy Sew Day being offered over the summer where you can get additional teaching help to finish. \n
